Appreciation

I came across a meaningful article titled - "Don't take your best clients for granted while seeking new ones".

After reading through this article shared by Michael Embrescia, as told to Plain Dealer reporter Marcia Pledger, I've realized we just can't take anything in life for granted.
Our life, our existence & many more. We just need the proper wisdom and understanding to "know-how", to have it shown unto others.

To me, sometimes a "thank you" word doesn't really spark the sincerity of a person.
Very often a 'thank you' word/ note/ email or whatsoever form of communication said through, might just be a plain form of empty words.
Empty words that doesn't seem to express itself, as if it was just a word taken for granted.
People say it just because we say it so often.
Therefore, there is a saying that goes - action speaks louder than words. But in other words, not every person could afford to show our actions that we really meant it.

At the end of the article it was said,
[Quoted]
"...We want our A-list clients to become advocates for us. What we're doing is solidifying and strengthening our existing relationships. And that's way more important than the handwritten thank-you notes we've received from clients and their guests."

These are just the little things, that we sometime forsake and forgoten about.
In reality, its all about the little things and details that we do, that shows appreciation.
Perhaps little things are only noticable if one would have the heart to stop, look, search, realize and remember.
